At the moment we experience an availability issue in Cargo Controller Import. As a result the vessel updates concerning the ATA's are not being processed.

What can you do now?
If you are in need of submitting Import documentation, the container discharge messages (Container ATA) are still being processed. If an ATA Container is present you can still process the import document.

What can you expect from us?
We are doing everything in our power to resolve this disruption as quickly as possible. For now, we ask for your patience. If the issue is not resolved within an hour, we will send a new update.
