Dear Portbase user,
The fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the situation. All terminals are synced up and there is no delay in their responses.
At the moment we only see an delay from Hinterland Container Notification towards Cargo Controller Import and Cargo Release Manager. We expect that this delay will decline and be in sync around 21:00 CEST. This means that nomination are still not directly confirmed in these services.
Once we are sure the service is working properly again, you will be notified.
Your message may still be in the queue. This is currently being updated. You do not need to perform the action again. This incident will not be closed until all outstanding messages have been updated.
