We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on the Hinterland Container Notification (HCN) services.
During this maintenance, all HCN services (Road, Rail and Barge) will be unavailable, including the web interfaces, API and EDI connections.
Pre-notifications cannot be submitted or processed through HCN during this maintenance.
Nominations through CCI will also be unavailable. Carrier Haulage releases can still be submitted, but no confirmation will be received from HCN during the maintenance window.
During the maintenance window, the following applies:
- API: When submitting messages via an API connection, you will receive an error message. Please resubmit your messages once maintenance has been completed.
- EDI (EDIFACT): Messages submitted via EDI will be buffered by Portbase and processed once maintenance has been completed.
- Web: The HCN web application will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
- Other Portbase services: Data from HCN will not be updated in Cargo Controller Import and Cargo Declaration Import during maintenance.
