An operational error has been detected that has an impact on the Secure Chain.
An operational error has been detected that has an impact on the Secure Chain. This may affect the service you are using.
There are 2 specific delays: - The response on pre-notifications to terminals (HCN). - The response on the nomination of inland operators (Cargo Controller Import and Cargo Release Manager).
The current average delay is 40 minutes. Until the response is received the container statuses may appear incorrect in our services. This may hinder the pick-up or drop-off containers.
There is no need to undertake any action (or repeat the action) please wait until your pre-notification or nomination is processed.
What can you expect from us? We are doing everything in our power to resolve this disruption as quickly as possible. For now, we ask for your patience and not to use a service. If the issue is not resolved within an hour, we will send a new update.
