Due to maintenance none of the Vessel Visit related services will be available from Saturday April 25th 22:30 hrs. until Sunday April 26th 02:30 hrs.
Please note the following:
• When sending data via API connection during this window you will receive an error message. Please resubmit your message after maintenance has been completed;
• When sending data via EDI connection during this window your message will be buffered by Portbase and will be processed once maintenance is completed;
• The WEB application for the Vessel Visit related services cannot be used during the maintenance window;
• Import, export and hinterland services that rely on data from vessel visit services may be hindered during the maintenance window;
• After maintenance has been completed limited delays in messaging may be experienced due to optimalisation. It is expected that this will last no longer than 12 hours.
