Please note, this incident is not only related to the secure chain but also in general to not updated BL and ship information.
The workaround for Cargo Controller is to add the BL to your favorites(star next to the BL in the main screen), or remove and hereafter add it.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Currently, the data is being restored. We will provide you with an update about the process 10 P.M. latest.

Please note, this incident is not only related to the secure chain but also in general to not updated BL and ship information.
The workaround for Cargo Controller to add the BL to you favorite(star next to the BL in the main screen), or remove and add it, is still applicable.

An operational error has been detected in the Port Community System (PCS) that has an impact on the Secure Chain. A linked services of PCS is (partially) down, this could mean that your service is operational but your Secure Chain status is not up to date. Please check the status which services is impacted by the outage.

We are doing everything in our power to resolve this as quickly as possible, and will keep you updated on our progress. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
